I'd like to express my hopes to all Tibetans refugees and all of them that died trying. Also 'd like to say that I admire Tibetans courage and wish the best to them. Freedom is a right not a privilege we, all of us, must keep supporting our brothers and sisters living inside Tibet. Ex Parvo Magnus, big things come from small. Therefore whatever we can do...we do now...in this case silence is not golden...we must honour those who strive for freedom. Whatever your belief system, let us all unite and fight the good fight, lest we forget.
Thankyou to those brave people for making this DVD and to the courageous Tibetans who continue to seek freedom.FROMDianaTITLEmust watch this film on sbs mondayMESSAGEjust accidentally found this sight, this story is very affecting, it really makes you thinkFROMPeter TerpstraTITLEThanks!MESSAGEDear people,

Did the soldiers think no one would know what they had done? The soldiers had nothing to fear from the Tibetans trying to escape the inhuman conditions in Tibet. They had no weapons and only wanted to get to India to see His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Thank you for bring this film to the whole world. Before the CHinese invasion capital punishment was outlawed, now china kills more people than the rest of the world combined.
China's communists will do anything to stay in power, they will not last Tibet and the Chinese people themselves will breath the free air of liberty. It is very good, compelling. I spent a month in China last year with a large portion of my time in Tibet. Seeing the images of Lhasa, the Himalaya and Katmandu brought back a flood of memories. I made it to Everest Base Camp while I was there and I hiked the Annapurna Circuit while I was in Nepal.

The people of Tibet are so peaceful and wonderful. They carry on their lives with a lot of dignity and grace despite the ever present Chinese army posted throughout Lhasa and the roads south of there. I hope that this film brings about changes in how the Chinese government treat the Tibetans. I can always hope.Showing comments
